DX - 200
State-Of- Art design perfectively ribbed single piece slant bed with saddle is made out of highgrade cast iron for stability and least distortion. Machine capability is improvised by enabling heavy cuts, faster production and higher surface finish with best accuracies for harder materials with virtually no vibration making it an omnipresent option. Special Step-Up-Structure concept in machine makes it standon a different dais as compared to other machines in its range  
 
The main Spindle is housed in a cartridge containing a match pair of three super precision angular contact bearings in front and a match pair of `two super precision angular contact bearings at the rear, greased for life. The spindle is driven by toothed beltfor optimum power transmission and finned for better heat dissipation. Axis Motors are directly coupled to the Ball screws through a precision BellowCoupling for transmitting full power without transmission loss & getting optimum Tool Life.
 
Enhancing better return on investment DX 200 is equipped with high speed 8 Station Servo Turret as standard enabling quick indexing with reduced maintenance cost during the life of machine. Tool change time is just 0.5 sec. Also hydraulically actuated tailstock makes this machine a perfect combination for manufacturers looking for compact chucker type models also helping them to do shafting type components.
